Hamshaveny Ramasawmy (Kreena) is working at the University of Hamburg, Center for Bioinformatics, under the supervision of Prof. Johannes Kirchmair. She graduated from the University of Strasbourg with two Master Degrees. In 2012, she successfully completed her first Master thesis in Chemical Biology in the Organic and Bio-organic research group of Prof. Nicolas Winssinger, ISIS, University of Strasbourg. She earned her M.Sc. in Chemoinformatics in 2014 under the supervision of Prof. Thierry Langer, Prestwick Chemical, Illkirch, France, on research topics related to structure- and ligand-based pharmacophore modelling. A poster of her work, The Pharmacophore-Characterization of the Prestwick Chemical Library, was displayed at the EFMC-International Symposium on Medicinal Chemistry 2014, Lisbon, Portugal.
