I'm a Ph.D. student at Computational Systems Biology and part of the FeatureCloud project (Horizon2020). I received my B.Sc. in Medical Informatics and M.Sc. in Bioinformatics from the Eberhard Karls University Tübingen. In my master thesis, I implemented a Random Survival Forest (RSF) Python package to predict the survival of blood cancer patients based on molecular data. My focus lies on machine learning in biomedical applications.
