Water molecules within the HYDE scoring function: placement, optimization and energetic contributions

Water molecules play imprtant roles in biological complexes, from solvation up to mediation of interactions. Therefore, a correct representation of water molecules is highly relevant especially in the area of scoring functions. In my project I am interested in both, placement as well as scoring of water molecules.
