From May 2020, joined the Chair of Experimental Bioinformatics at TU Munich as a postdoc. I analyze proteomics data from Alzheimer's disease patients for the CLINSPECT-M project and participate in the development of federated machine learning methods. Currently, I am finishing my PhD at DiDy Research Training Group, Bielefeld University under the supervision of Ralf Hofestaedt and Martin Ester (Simon Fraser University, Canada). During my PhD studies, I worked on the development of a novel network-constrained biclustering method and its application on breast cancer expression data. In 2018 I did 9-months visiting research at Simon Fraser University where I participated in the project on multi-omics data integration for drug response prediction.
