ReactionViewer

Overview

The tool ReactionViewer visualizes generic reaction patterns. It creates an easily interpretable image for generic reaction patterns based on the SMARTSview technology. ReactiionViewer supports Reaction SMILES, Reaction SMARTS, and SMIRKS. The IUPAC’s Compendium of Chemical Terminology for reaction equations inspired the depiction style. Users can save the reaction depictions in PNG, SVG, and PDF format. This feature enables the single-command conversion of large reaction pattern collections to single PDF documents.

We are offering ReactionViewer as part of our SMARTSplus web service. Please visit https://smarts.plus, go to View, and paste your reaction pattern.

ReactionViewer is freely available for non-commercial and academic users for Linux as part of our NAOMI ChemBio Suite. To download ReactionViewer, register at https://software.zbh.uni-hamburg.de. Non-academic users can get an evaluation license free of charge. Only minimal setup steps are required to run ReactionViewer. All feedback is highly appreciated.
