Teaching
Our working group offers courses in machine learning and deep learning with applications in bioinformatics. These include both lectures and seminars. In addition, we supervise theses (bachelor's and master's theses) on current research topics and offer committed students the opportunity to get involved in our projects as student assistants (HiWi).
Seminars
Winter semester 2025/26: Advanced Machine Learning Methods - Neuro-symbolic AI for Biomedical research (more information in STiNE)
Summer semester 2026: Bioinformatics applications for Single-cell and Spatial Transcriptomics
