​Mhaned Oubounyt

I am a PhD student at Computational Systems Biology. I received my Bachelor degree in Informatics and Electronics engineering from the Cadi Ayyad University of Sciences and Technology in Morocco, and my Master degree from Chonbuk National University in South Korea. During my Master thesis, I developed deep learning models for genomic data analysis such as RNA splicing quantification and DNA promoter sequences classification. I am currently working under SFB924 project to develop an integrative platform.
